Hundertwasser

2004 -2005

The Hundertwasser community mosaic project is absolutely huge at 260 sq metres. Nearly 2000 people worked on it and it can be viewed in Canbury passage, Kingston-upon-Thames.

The head artist/coordinator was Karen Perry and a number of artists and teachers have been brought in along the way to help out, including Me, Jackie, Lucy, Kim, Tina, Steve, Louise and lots of fantastic volunteers. The project was instigated and run by Bernadette Vallely and the Save the World Club.

Hundertwasser is an ecological artist from Austria. You can find out more about him here.
